Here, visitors can book jeep safari and canter safari for all the five tourism zones of the Corbett Park as per the availability of Safari in respective zones. The Corbett National Park operates safari for the wildlife enthusiasts to explore the varied landscape and the rich wildlife in its dense green forest. The wildlife safari is organized in its five zones which are Dhikala, Bijrani, Dhela, Jhirna and Durgadevi ecotourism zones. Jeep Safari is available in all four zones except the Dhikala zone for the day visitors. The Dhikala zone offers only the Canter Safari for its day-visitors to explore the wildlife while Jeep Safari in Dhikala is limited for the tourists with having a permit for the night stay in any of its forest rest houses in the Dhikala zone.

The safari booking procedure in all the zones of the Corbett Park is controlled and managed by the forest department. We strictly follow the guidelines of the forest department while booking for the Jeep safari or canter safari. Unlike safari in many other National Parks, the Corbett forest department provides the facility to choose your preferred tourism zone while making a Safari booking in Corbett. So, in order to confirm your safari booking, you have to provide the information like the visiting day, preferred tourism zone, preferred safari shift along with the name, age and the gender as well as an ID proof number of every visitor. A maximum of 6 adults and 2 kids are allowed to board in a Jeep while 16 adults are allowed in a Canter. All the zones are having a distinct and rich variety of flora and fauna so enjoy your forest excursion in Corbett without any hassle.

Jim Corbett Safari Booking Procedure:

For the safari booking, please provide us the following details-

• The full name, age, sex of each visitor as printed on the identity cards
• Preferred traveling date & Safari timing (Morning/Afternoon)
• Specific ID card number of your (Voter Id, Aaadhar No, Driving license No, etc.)
• Full Safari Booking amount paid in advance
• E-permits are non-refundable once the permit is confirmed
• Passport details are mandatory for making a reservation for foreigner tourist
• Safari permit is issued on a first come first serve basis (subject to availability)

Things to Know before booking Jim Corbett Safari-

• Once the permit is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Please carry the same ID card which is submitted during online booking
• Indian Nationals can book a maximum of 45 days in advance
• Foreign Nationals can book a maximum of 90 days in advance
• Safari permit is issued on the first come, first serve basis (subject to availability)
• The park administration can close the park without any prior information
