Kanha Village Eco Resort is an admirable Eco friendly, semi - luxury wildlife lodging facility, situated amidst serene and peaceful surroundings in village Boda Chhapri near Khatia Kisli entrance gate in the buffer zone of Kanha Tiger Reserve, one of the most beautiful forest of the world, famous for its Tigers, Hard ground Swamp Deer (Barasingha), Sal & Bamboo forests and meadows. Keeping in mind the philosophy of sustainable and socially responsible tourism, the property has been developed in ethnic style, with locally available bio degradable materials. The hotel caters to the need of our guest with modern amenities in well furnished semi luxury mud cottages. Of all resorts in Kanha we are the only one which offers ethnic dwellings with all required modern amenities.
The modern facilities at our cottages include attached bath, hot and cold shower, open to sky splash pool & an independent sit out. We have swimming pool, TV lounge, library, restaurant (with separate kitchen / cooking facilities for veg. and non-veg. food), games room, massage room and well equipped conference hall for you to make your wildlife holiday to kanha a memorable one.
We employ and follow technique that aid in sustainable use of natural resource to minimize the impact on the fragile ecosystem by using recyclable materials and resources. We have installed solar powered pathway lighting system, CFL bulbs, organic composting, rain water harvesting and recycling of water. We respect local culture & traditions and by employing local youth we give them support. Like all hotels and resorts near Kanha National Park we are also located in the buffer zone of this beautiful tiger reserve but with an advantage for our guests - we are adjacent to dense forest and very near to core area boundary, with us you will feel as if you are staying in a tribal village in the heart of Kanha forest landscape.
